PMP project management: What is it all about?

From the start of a project to its completion, through the planning, execution and supervision of works, this guide covers the life cycle of a project. Professionals can now have the techniques in order to estimate workload and cost efficiently. Aspects related to quality, risk or internal / external communications are also discussed.
In case the project manager holds a bachelor's degree or equivalent he or she will need to have 4500 hours of practice to be able to take part in the exams. If the person have only a level of education equivalent to secondary education then he must have at least 7,500 hours experience at leading and managing projects.
PMP project management exams are run over a period of 4 hours and will demand that applicant answer 200 MCQ. There are no provisions for time break during the exams but you can do so if you want. The exam clock will continue to run however. The PMBok covers the planning, implementation and supervising stage of a project, in short, the whole life cycle of the project.
