Is Rocket Chinese A Scam?

Chinese is one type of language that I would be willing to learn but I know that it is not easy to do so. You must spend some time, a lot of time in a Chinese school or hire a Chinese tutor to help you learn their language. But for a busy person like me, this is next to impossible unless I can find another alternative way to learn Chinese. I need something that won’t compromise my important daily obligations and at the same time, would let me learn Chinese not the conventional way but the conversational and most entertaining way. I know that there is a kind of language-learning tool series called Rocket Language and for sure they have this program called Rocket Chinese. But is Rocket Chinese a scam? I know Rocket Language is the best software for teaching all types of languages from Korean, Japanese, German and even Sign Language and I know their Rocket Chinese can help me out in learning Chinese language as easy as pie.
